1. Reactor control system: Explosion proof controller: Size 30 * 720 * 115CM Total power: 4500W AC220V ± 5% 50Hz; High temperature power-off can be adjusted between 30-110 ℃.
2. The black color inside the reaction dark box reduces light reflection. The box size is 100 * 50 * 78cm, and there are 2 cooling water inlet and outlet ports on the side of the box.
3. The light source is equipped with a mercury/xenon lamp with a power of 1500W, or customized according to user requirements to ensure that the reactor can generate sufficient photocatalytic effect;
4. 30L cooling water circulation device, temperature control of 5-35 ℃, to cool down or customize the light source;
5. Configure a three-layer quartz cold trap: the first layer is inserted into a sealed lamp tube and filled with nitrogen gas, the second layer is filled with cooling water circulation to cool down the light source, and the third layer can be filled with filtering liquid (band customized according to user requirements)
6. Microchannel reactor: The size, shape, and material of the reactor are customized according to actual needs to ensure that the reactor can meet the required reaction conditions and reaction effects.
7. Reaction conditions: Reaction conditions include reaction temperature, reaction pressure, reactant concentration, etc., which need to be customized according to actual needs.
