Main features

Equipped with a nozzle cleaner (through needle), it will automatically clear when the nozzle is blocked, and the frequency of the through needle can be automatically adjusted

● Shutdown protection function: When shutting down, simply press the stop button, and the machine will immediately stop running except for the fan, ensuring that the equipment will not burn out the heating part due to misoperation (forcibly shutting down the fan)

● The spray, drying and collection system is made of transparent high-quality high borosilicate heat-resistant glass material, and the drying process is carried out in a pollution-free environment

● Two fluid spray atomization structure, the whole machine is made of high-quality stainless steel materials, compact design, and no auxiliary equipment is required

The design of drying temperature control adopts real-time PID constant temperature control technology, which enables accurate temperature control in the entire temperature range and heating temperature control accuracy of ± 1 ℃

The feeding amount can be adjusted by the feeding peristaltic pump, and the minimum sample size can reach 50ml

The dried finished dry powder has a relatively uniform particle size, with over 95% of the dry powder within the same particle size range

For viscous materials, there is a nozzle cleaner (through needle) that automatically clears the nozzle when it is blocked, and the frequency of the through needle can be adjusted automatically.
